Leamon Williams Jr., M.D. - Orthopedic Surgeon

Leamon Williams, M.D., Orthopedic Surgeon

As physician champion and independent orthopedic surgeon on the staff, Dr. Williams leads our comprehensive joint replacement program. He specializes in minimally invasive techniques, including the anterior hip approach, which often offer less pain, a shorter hospital stay and faster recovery than traditional solutions.

Dr. Williams earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois, and was the CCIW Conference Tennis Champion. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN, followed by an orthopaedic residency at Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, OH.

When he’s not with his patients, Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with his wife and children, and participating in activities such as tennis, skiing, piano and fishing.

Dean Jansen, M.D. - Orthopedic Surgeon

Dean Jansen, M.D., Orthopedic Surgeon

As a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Jansen treats a broad spectrum of bone and joint conditions, with specialties in minimally invasive procedures, trauma surgery, sports medicine and total joint replacement.

Dr. Jansen received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis, MN, followed by his residency at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago, IL.

Dr. Jansen is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is board certified through the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.

Phillip Penny, M.D. - Orthopedic Surgeon

Phillip Penny, M.D., Orthopedic Surgeon

The ability to relieve pain and make a positive impact in someone's life is what led Dr. Penny to pursue a practice in orthopedics.

Dr. Penny enjoys helping patients regain their mobility and independence after sustaining an acute injury or chronic condition. His training as a generalist allows him to treat a variety of conditions and form a long-term relationship with patients. Dr. Penny is a native of Fort Wayne. Outside of work he enjoys wood-working projects, cycling, golf, hockey and traveling with his family.
